At Bernstein, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture selections. If a piece doesn't perfectly complement your space, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Bernstein account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
